ज्योतिष के एक प्रमुख ग्रंथ “फल-दीपिका” के रचनाकार श्री मंत्रेश्वर ने वक्री ग्रहों पर गहन अनुसंधान किया और फलित ज्योतिष में इनके महत्व का वर्णन किया है। उन्होंने ग्रहों के “चेष्टा बल” नामक एक विशेष बल, ताकत, प्रभाव एवं आकार पर ज़ोर दिया। वे बताते हैं कि चंद्रमा को पूर्णिमा के दिन पूर्ण चेष्टाबल प्राप्त होता है। सूर्य को उत्तरायण में चेष्टा बल प्राप्त होता है, जबकि अन्य ग्रहों को वक्री होने पर चेष्टाबल प्राप्त होता है। इसी प्रकार से श्रीमंत्रेश्वर कहते हैं कि सभी ग्रह उच्च होने पर बली होते हैं। चंद्रमा के पक्षबल पर जोर दिया जाता है जबकि सूर्य के दिग्बल को महत्व दिया जाता है। अन्य ग्रहों के वक्र बल का विशेष बल दिया गया है।
“ज्योतिष तत्व प्रकाश” में वर्णन है कि-
“क्रूरा वक्रा महा क्रूरा: , सौम्या वक्रा महासौम्या:। “
अर्थात क्रूर ग्रह वक्री होने पर अति क्रूर होते हैं जबकि सौम्य या शुभ ग्रह वक्री होने पर अत्यंत शुभ होते हैं। श्री मंत्रेश्वर के अनुसार चाहे ग्रह शत्रु राशि में हो, चाहे ग्रह नीच राशि में हों, चाहे ग्रह शत्रु राशि अथवा नीच राशि दोनों में हो, यदि ग्रह वक्री है तो उच्च राशि स्थित ग्रहों के समान ही उत्तम फल देगा।
वक्री ग्रह के अन्य नियम
01. जिस ग्रह की महादशा या अंतर्दशा चल रही है और वह ग्रह जिन भावों का स्वामी है, और जन्मपत्री में वह ग्रह वक्री है तब उसे ग्रह से संबंधित भाव के शुभ परिणाम मिलेंगे।
02. जिस ग्रह की दशा या अंतर्दशा हो, जब वह गोचर वश वक्री हो जाता है तो उस समय जातक को शुभ परिणाम प्राप्त होता है।
03. आचार्य सत्याचार्य नें फलित ग्रन्थ में लिखा है कि यदि ग्रह उच्च राशि में हो या फिर वक्री हों दोनों का फल एक समान समझना चाहिए।
04. अगर कोई ग्रह सूर्य के साथ अस्त हो जाता है किंतु यदि वह वक्री हो तब भी वह कुछ शुभ परिणाम देने में सफल रहता है।
05. प्रसिद्ध ज्योतिष ग्रंथ सरावली में लिखा है कि यदि शुभ ग्रह वक्री हों तो वह अति बलवान हो जाते हैं और जातक को राजा के समान सुख देते हैं। इसके विपरीत अगर पाप ग्रह वक्री हो जाएं तो जातक को अत्यंत कष्ट देते हैं और दरिद्र बना देते हैं।
06. कोई ग्रह जब किसी वक्री ग्रह के साथ हो तो उस ग्रह को 50% और अधिक बल मिल जाता है।
07. यदि कोई उच्च का ग्रह वक्री हो तब वह नीच ग्रह के समान फल देता है। इसके विपरीत यदि कोई ग्रह नीच परंतु वक्री हो तो उच्च ग्रह के समान फल देता है।
08. विश्व और देश के गोचर में यदि दो ग्रह वक्री होते हैं तो दो देशों के राजाओं में विवाद और युद्ध की स्थिति बन जाती है। जब तीन ग्रह वक्री होते हैं तो अधिक लड़ाई, अति वृष्टि, बाढ़, तूफान, सुनामी और भूकंप आदि की स्थिति बन जाती है। जब चार ग्रह वक्री होते हैं तो राज्य भंग की स्थिति बनती है। और यदि 05 ग्रह वक्री हो जाएं तो संपूर्ण राष्ट्र या राज्य का विनाश हो जाता है।
09. मंगल, बुध, और शुक्र ग्रह वक्री और अतिचारी होने पर पिछली राशि का फल देंगे परंतु गुरु और शनि जिस राशि में बैठे हों उसी का फल देंगे।
10. कुछ ग्रंथकारों के अनुसार ग्रह जिस राशि में वक्री होता है वह उस भाव के अतिरिक्त पिछले भाव का भी फल देता है।
11. संकेत निधि नामक एक विख्यात जातक ग्रंथ में वक्री ग्रहों के विशेष प्रभाव पर प्रकाश डाला गया है।
(क) जब जन्म कुंडली में मंगल वक्री होता है तो अपने स्थान से तीसरे घर का फल देता है।
(ख) अगर गुरु वक्री हो तो पांचवें भाव यानी संतान संबंधी भाव के फल को प्रभावित करता है।
(ग) यदि बुध वक्री हो तो चौथे स्थान संबंधी फल देगा।
(घ) जबकि शुक्र सातवें स्थान का, और वक्री शनि भाग्य स्थान का फल देगा।

Retrograde Planets Series – Part – 04 (Hindi & English)

Shri Mantreshwar, author of a major book of astrology “Phal-Deepika”, has done extensive research on retrograde planets and has described their importance in astrology. He emphasized on a special force, strength, influence and size of the planets called “Cheshta Bal”. He tells that the moon gets full Cheshta Bal on the full moon day. The sun gets Cheshta Bal in Uttarayan, while other planets get Cheshta Bal when they are retrograde. Similarly, Shri Mantreshwar says that all planets are strong when they are exalted. The Pakshabal of the moon is emphasized while the Digbal of the sun is given importance. Special emphasis has been given to the Vakra Bal of other planets.
It is described in “Jyotish Tatva Prakash” that-
“Kruura Vakra Maha Krura:, Soumya Vakra Maha Soumya:.”
That is, cruel planets are extremely cruel when they are retrograde, whereas gentle or auspicious planets are extremely auspicious when they are retrograde. According to Shri Mantreshwar, whether the planet is in enemy sign, or in low sign, or whether the planet is in both enemy sign and low sign, if the planet is retrograde, then it will give good results like the planets in high sign.
Other rules of retrograde planet
01. The planet whose Mahadasha or Antardasha is running and the houses of which that planet is the lord, and that planet is retrograde in the horoscope, then it will get auspicious results of the house related to the planet.
02. When the planet whose Dasha or Antardasha is running, becomes retrograde due to transit, then the native gets auspicious results.
03. Acharya Satyacharya has written in Falit Granth that if the planet is in exalted sign or is retrograde, the results of both should be considered same.
04. If a planet sets with the Sun but is retrograde, then also it is successful in giving some auspicious results.
05. It is written in the famous astrology book Saravali that if auspicious planets are retrograde, then they become very strong and give happiness like a king to the native. On the contrary, if sinful planets become retrograde, then they give extreme pain to the native and make him poor.
06. When a planet is with a retrograde planet, then that planet gets 50% more strength.
07. If a high planet is retrograde, then it gives results like a low planet. On the contrary, if a planet is low but retrograde, then it gives results like a high planet.
08. If two planets are retrograde in the transit of the world and country, then a situation of dispute and war is created between the kings of the two countries. When three planets are retrograde, then a situation of more fights, excessive rain, flood, storm, tsunami and earthquake etc. is created. When four planets are retrograde, then a situation of disintegration of the state is created. And if 05 planets are retrograde, then the entire nation or state gets destroyed.
09. Mars, Mercury, and Venus, when retrograde and transgressive, will give the results of the previous sign, but Jupiter and Saturn will give the results of the sign in which they are placed.
10. According to some authors, the planet in which the sign is retrograde, gives the results of the previous house in addition to that house.
11. In a famous horoscope book named Sanket Nidhi, light has been thrown on the special effects of retrograde planets.
(a) When Mars is retrograde in the birth chart, then it gives the results of the third house from its position.
(b) If Jupiter is retrograde, it affects the results of the fifth house, i.e. the house related to children.
(c) If Mercury is retrograde, it will give results related to the fourth house.
(d) While Venus will give results of the seventh house, and retrograde Saturn will give results of the fortune house.
